With all the recent advancements in cardiovascular medicine, why is heart disease still so deadly? 

One of the major reasons why we are putting ourselves at risk is most of us really don’t understand how and why cardiovascular disease actually progresses. Or, based upon this, what steps can be taken to ensure that we can all live long productive lives, heart attack and stroke free. The name of the game is prevention!

Dr Abid Husain, a triple boarded cardiologist from the Boone Heart Institute specializes in heart disease, anti-aging, and medicine. In his one-hour presentation, Dr Husain will surprise our coordinators with evidence-based facts which dispel much of what we think we know about heart disease and stroke. Our attendees will leave Denver armed with the tools to improve and lengthen their lives and the lives of those they love! There will be plenty of time for Q&A.
