  • Written notice of cancellation must be sent via email to events@seattlestudyclub.com on or before the dates shown below to be effective. (Cancelled registrants are not entitled to receive Coordinators Conference materials, gifts or any other items that may be provided to the attendees.)

    February 9-March 1, 2024: $495 retained, remainder refunded.

    March 2-15, 2024: 50% retained, remainder credited towards a future Coordinators Conference.

    After March 16, 2024: No refund or credit

    The cancellation and refund policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to communicable diseases and unforeseen personal or world events. We strongly encourage you to protect your investment with travel insurance.

  • Some information or presentations may include controversial materials or commercial references. Seattle Study Club, Inc, cautions all course participants that there is potential risk to using limited knowledge when incorporating new techniques and procedures into their practices, especially when the continuing education program has not provided them with supervised clinical experience in the techniques or procedures to ensure that they have attained competence.
